F.I.T. Therapists
Before qualifying as a Physiotherapist, Roly gained a Higher
University Diploma in Sports Therapy and a Certificate to Practice from
the Society of Sports Therapists. Roly also has a Diploma in
Sports Massage (SPS), a HNC in Sport and Exercise Science from
the University of Coventry and a plethora of Fitness qualifications including the
Premier Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor Diploma.
Roly has several years experience as a Gym Manager and Personal
Trainer working with a variety of clients. Having special
interests in core stability and strength and conditioning, Roly has worked as a
strength and conditioning coach for the English Women's Rugby Football
Union, Hatfield Swimming Team and also a brief spell for the F.A.
Premiership Referees.
Since qualifying as a Physiotherapist, Roly has gained vast
experience working with both members of the public and national and international
athletes from various sports. Roly is also a registered Sports Massage
Practitioner for UK: Athletics and is one of the Regional Masseurs for the English Institute of Sport
covering the East Region. Roly also works as a Sports Massage
Tutor for the prestigious Sports Performance Services as well as
writing his own accredited courses for the fitness industry which he has
delivered to over 200 fitness instructors and personal trainers.

Abi has completed a BSc (Hons) in Sports Therapy at the University of
Hertfordshire and is now in her final year of a BSc in
Physiotherapy, also at Hertfordshire in order to pursue her dream of
becoming a physiotherapist.
Abi has extensive experience as a fitness instructor
and holds a Premier Fitness instructor qualification. Abi completed the SPS Sports Massage Diploma in 2004
enabling her to register with the Sports Massage Association and
practice sports massage.
Abi has a varied client base including general public,
