Strength and Conditioning
 

Strength and conditioning sessions are offered to the general public and amateur athletes to give guidance on an exercise programme or to write a programme. There is a high importance placed on correct exercise technique, ensuring you have a balanced exercise programme.

Working one-on-one in a gym environment,  a session would involve education of the fundamental exercise principles and practical techniques.

Clear, simple guidance will be offered to progress your physical wellbeing.

As technique is paramount, the amount of exercises you will be taught in any session is reflective on your ability to understand and implement the exercise.
