At Fully Integrated, we value the therapeutic relationship between the client and therapist. Therefore, we provide the bulk of the administrative support for the therapist to thrive as a provider. As a result, your experience with the client will be as seamless as possible, leaving you with the headspace to focus on your clients and have a better work/life balance.

  • obtain referrals and manage the initial calls/emails for incoming potential clients.
  • have a flexible schedule (you can set your days and time frames of when you see your clients Mon-Sun and set a daily max of appointments per workday).
  • work remotely and eliminate the physical and financial strain of commuting.
  • travel/re-locate and still work in a setting with privacy and secure internet service.
  • not be micromanaged, but still, have support when needed. We trust your professional skills to work independently and offer support via group or individual supervision as needed.
  • obtain hours towards licensure (for MHC-Limited Permit holders who need weekly supervision).
  • obtain hours towards becoming an EMDR Certified Therapist (for therapists that have completed their EMDRIA approved EMDR basic training).
  • be credentialed to see insurance clients.
  • file insurance claims for both in-network and out-of-network insurances and collect payment/co-payments.
  • not have to worry about paying a year’s worth of taxes. Our W-2 compensation will withhold taxes for each paycheck.
  • have direct deposit compensation.
  • provide Professional Liability insurance.
  • have an employer contribution to worker’s compensation/unemployment
  • have some control over your caseload. You will only need to see 25 clients per week OR 100 clients per month, with the option to see more clients.
  • have a HIPAA compliant EHR/EMR system to keep track of your documentation record, share documents with clients, and request clients to fill out assessments and forms.
  • have reminders for missing notes and when a diagnosis and quarterly treatment plan are due to help keep you on track.
  • have access to a HIPAA compliant client portal to see your clients for virtual sessions and send/receive secure messages within the system.
  • provide your clients the ability to schedule, cancel, and reschedule their appointment on their own through the client portal to reduce time spent going back and forth to reschedule an appointment.
  • your clients will receive appointment reminders via email and text about 48 hours and 15 mins before their appointment to reduce no-shows.
